Unlimited is defined as ONE wash per 24 hour period.
Agreeing to this document authorizes Hawk Wash to charge the cost of the membership to the credit card you provide on the same day each month.
If the credit card is declined or not able to be charged due to expiration date or any other reason, the membership will be deactivated and the tag will no longer work.
Customer must contact Hawk Wash directly if vehicle, billing or contact information changes.
Once member is billed, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Cancelation requests or modifications to plan must be submitted in writing via e-mail to - email@example.com. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
Cancellation requests must be made 14 days prior to next billing cycle.
Hawk Wash has the right to change, modify or terminate this plan at any given time.
Members will receive an RFID tag specific to their vehicle; tags cannot be shared, moved, removed or used with a different vehicle.
Member must notify Hawk Wash directly if their tag has been removed or damaged, a new tag and number will be issued with a $5 replacement fee.
No refunds or credits will be issued for partial periods, including days the wash is unavailable due to inclement weather or maintenance.
Membership is for personal vehicles only, no business vehicles, taxis, limos, or other non-personal vehicles allowed.
Touch free members can use any of the three wash bays.
Soft touch members are limited to bays 2 and 3.
The RFID tag remains the property of Hawk Wash and must be surrendered upon request if the tag is tampered with, damaged or the membership is used in any way that is not consistent with our terms and conditions.
The monthly price may be increased without notice, but should be posted at Hawk Wash's website 30 days before changes are made.
